Are geta sandals good for your health?

Traditional Japanese geta sandals encourage natural foot movement by activating the toes, supporting balance, posture, and overall foot health. GETALS is a modern reinterpretation designed for everyday use.

What makes GETALS different from regular sandals?

GETALS are designed to free the toes and promote natural walking. Unlike cushioned modern sandals, they activate foot muscles, support balance, and encourage better posture.

Are GETALS comfortable for beginners?

Yes. GETALS are designed for gradual adaptation. Most users become comfortable after short daily use as their feet naturally adjust and strengthen.

Can I wear GETALS indoors and outdoors?

Yes. GETALS can be worn both indoors and outdoors. Room GETALS are designed specifically for indoor use, while standard GETALS are suitable for outdoor walking.

Do GETALS help with posture and balance?

By activating the toes and encouraging natural foot placement, GETALS support better balance and posture, which may reduce strain on the knees and lower back.

Are GETALS a medical product?

No. GETALS are not a medical device. They are lifestyle footwear inspired by traditional Japanese geta, designed to support natural movement and foot awareness.

Who should use GETALS?

GETALS are suitable for people interested in natural walking, foot health, posture improvement, and Japanese craftsmanship, including those who spend long hours indoors or working from home.

How long does it take to feel the benefits?

Many users report increased foot awareness and comfort within a few days to weeks of regular use, depending on individual walking habits and foot condition.
